1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tbagee website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

tbagee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the tbagee platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of using the Service.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded or banned from tbagee.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

tbagee reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the tbagee platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You may not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of a third party.

tbagee permits only one account per individual. If tbagee detects that a single person holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — tbagee may immediately close all such accounts and void any pending or past winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username, password, and any security credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify tbagee immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tbagee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account wallet section and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. tbagee conducts routine checks to verify that the source of funds matches the registered account holder, and reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending identity verification, processing times may be longer. tbagee will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside our control.

tbagee reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, tbagee will communicate with the account holder via the registered contact details and seek to resolve the matter promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, tbagee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General principles that apply to all tbagee bonuses include:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred between accounts.
• tbagee reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, pattern betting designed to exploit promotional offers, or use of prohibited software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potentially the closure of the account.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

tbagee offers a variety of gambling products including, but not limited to, live casino games, sports betting (including cricket), slot games, and e-sports wagering. Each product category is governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform.

All games offered through tbagee use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or verified live-dealer streams, as applicable. tbagee does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game result, tbagee reserves the right to void the relevant wager and refund the staked amount to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbagee platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or scripts.
• Collusion with other players or with tbagee staff.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information abuse, or coordinated betting schemes.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent account closure. In such cases, tbagee reserves the right to withhold all funds held in the account pending the outcome of the investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbagee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. tbagee makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the tbagee platform is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of the funds you deposit and wager.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of tbagee that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. tbagee will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbagee with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
